Princess buy site to build bigger yachts

Princess Yachts have signed the lease for a 15 acre waterfront site at South Yard, Plymouth, for the construction of a new range of large yachts.

Part of the famous Devonport Naval base, the facility will allow Princess to start construction of bespoke craft over 100ft, which are too large to be built in Princess' existing manufacturing sites.

Boat owners might have made some costly mistakes when they stored their watercraft last fall, but they might just now be finding out about it.

Rob Gleason, service manager of Bee Line Yamaha Super Store in St. Joseph, said 70 to 75 percent of the boats they see at the beginning of the boating season are coming in for a carburetor cleaning due to buildup from oxygenated fuels.
